Company boilerplate
Idein develops and provides Actcast, a platform service that collects data from physical spaces using edge AI. Our proprietary technology accelerates deep learning inference on inexpensive general-purpose devices, giving us a strong advantage in both security and the cost of commercialisation. Actcast is also highly versatile, and can be deployed regardless of industry or sector. Used as the infrastructure required to bring AI into society, it enables AI solution developers and their customers to manage and reliably operate large numbers of edge AI devices remotely.

Service descriptions
Actcast is a platform service for companies that develop AI solutions. By using Actcast for the infrastructure layer common to bringing AI solutions into the field, developers can deploy a wide range of AI services built on AI cameras, AI microphones and similar devices at low cost, quickly and at scale.
ai cast is an edge AI camera developed and manufactured by AISIN Corporation with technical cooperation from Idein. It carries the Hailo-8 AI accelerator chip, delivering high AI performance at a low price. It ships ready to work with Actcast, so edge AI can be brought into the field simply by installing the AI applications required.
