Idein co-hosted a free online seminar, “Understanding store DX: real-world case studies of improved store efficiency,” together with KDDI Corporation and Crest Co., Ltd. on Thursday, September 30, 2021.

KDDI, a leader in advanced DX initiatives; Crest, with a strong track record of deploying measurement tools across many physical stores; and Idein, which is bringing cutting-edge AI to turn on-site information into software, spoke together and introduced retail case studies where on-site AI analysis improved store efficiency.
